Hi, I’m Caroline!

As a mom of three kids under five, I get it - I’ve been there, too. When I became a mom in a new town at the start of the pandemic, it was isolating and overwhelming. I longed for connection to other moms (beyond social media and text threads), information I could trust, and a community of moms who could cheer each other on during the wins and woes of parenting.

That’s why I created The Mom Connection - because motherhood isn’t meant to be navigated alone. Connection isn’t just nice to have; it’s essential - for our well-being, our mental health, and our ability to thrive as moms. 

In 2025, I’m bringing new ways to connect in both the North Shore of Massachusetts and Connecticut, so moms can build community, find support, and embrace the journey together through authentic connection.
